General Hotel Policy
- • Check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- • Government-issued ID proof (Aadhar, PAN, Passport, Driving License) is mandatory at check-in.
- • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
- • All guests must be 18 years or older to book a room. Children must be accompanied by adults.
- • Outside food and beverages are not allowed unless approved by management.
- • Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
- • Pets are not allowed unless prior permission is granted.
Booking & Payment Policy
- • Rooms are confirmed only after full or partial advance payment.
- • Payment methods: cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
- • Group and event bookings may require 50–100% advance payment.
- • Room rates may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or special events.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
- • Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in will be charged for 1 night.
- • No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
- • Group bookings must cancel at least 7 days in advance.
- • Refunds (if applicable) processed within 7–10 working days.
Event Booking Terms
- • Event bookings require 50% advance payment.
- • Final guest list, menu, and decor must be confirmed 5 days prior.
- • Any damage to property will be charged to the client.
- • Event timings must be strictly followed.
- • Cancellation within 15 days of the event is non-refundable.
Parking Policy
- • Complimentary parking for in-house guests.
- • Hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles.
Code of Conduct
- • Smoking prohibited in non-smoking areas.
- • Guests must maintain cleanliness and respect hotel property.
- • Loud parties or music in rooms without approval are not allowed.
- • Hotel reserves the right to deny accommodation to guests violating policies.
Privacy & Security
- • Guest data is handled securely and confidentially.
- • CCTV cameras installed in common areas for safety.
- • Guests are responsible for their belongings. Hotel is not liable unless stored in hotel lockers.
Guest Responsibility & Safety
- • Guests must safeguard personal belongings and valuables.
- • Safety lockers are provided in rooms.
- • Proper behavior is expected; illegal activity is prohibited.
- • Hotel may deny entry or evict guests involved in misconduct.
